What is Assessify?
Assessify is an AI-powered online assessment platform. It lets you create, deliver, proctor and evaluate skill tests for hiring, campus drives, employee training and certification — all from your browser.
Who is Assessify for?
Recruiters and hiring managers, talent-acquisition teams running campus or volume hiring, L&D teams measuring skills before and after training, and schools, colleges and training institutes running online exams.
Is Assessify cloud-based?
Yes. Assessify is delivered as software-as-a-service, so there's nothing to install or maintain. Your team works in the browser and candidates take tests through a secure link.

Creating assessments
Which question types are supported?
Single-choice, multiple-choice, text/descriptive, coding, recorded video, English communication and file upload. Psychometric tests use rating scales such as 1–5, 1–10, stars, smileys, sliders and gauges.
How does AI-generated assessment work?
You choose the skills, proficiency levels and number of questions for each. Assessify assembles the assessment from your question bank to match — and with randomisation turned on, candidates don't all see the same questions.
Can I use my existing questions?
Yes. Add questions one at a time, or import them in bulk from a spreadsheet. Tag them by skill and topic so they can be reused across assessments.
Can I organise a test into sections?
Yes. Split an assessment into sections with their own instructions, durations and marks, and add comprehension passages with a set of questions attached to each.
Which programming languages can coding questions use?
Each coding question can be configured with the languages you allow, along with sample inputs and expected outputs used to check the candidate's code. Contact us for the current list of supported languages.
Candidates & proctoring
How do candidates receive their test?
By a secure link sent over email or WhatsApp. Candidates don't need to create an account or install anything — a modern browser with a webcam and microphone (for proctored or video tests) is enough.
What does proctoring include?
A pre-test system check, webcam face detection, configurable tab-switch limits with a time-stamped activity log, and full-screen enforcement. You choose which safeguards to switch on for each assessment.
What happens if a candidate loses their connection?
Answers are saved as the candidate progresses, so a brief interruption doesn't wipe out their work.
Can I set a deadline for taking the test?
Yes. Assessments can be scheduled with an expiry date. Candidates receive reminders before the deadline, and the test closes automatically once it passes.
Evaluation & results
How are tests scored?
Single-choice, multiple-choice and coding questions are scored automatically on submission. Descriptive, video and file-upload answers go to reviewers, who can award full or partial marks.
How do I know which results are final?
Every attempt shows its evaluation status — for example, fully evaluated, partially evaluated or pending review — so you never shortlist on an incomplete score.
What reports are available?
Assessment reports with section-wise breakdowns, psychometric reports and comparison reports, and downloadable candidate reports to share with hiring managers.
Integrations & security
Can Assessify integrate with our ATS, LMS or HR system?
Yes. The REST API lets you create candidates, assign assessments and fetch results. Webhooks notify your system when an assessment is submitted, and assessments can be embedded in your own portal using signed links.
Which sign-in options are available?
Your team can sign in with email and password, with multi-factor authentication, or with their Microsoft work account.
How is our data protected?
Each organisation's data is stored in its own dedicated database, all traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, and role-based permissions control who can see what. Read more on our security page.
Can we use our own branding?
Yes. Add your logo and colours to the candidate experience. Enterprise customers can also run Assessify on their own subdomain.
Pricing & billing
How much does Assessify cost?
Plans start with a monthly allowance of assessments and scale up to custom enterprise agreements. See the pricing page for details.
What counts as one assessment?
One candidate taking one test. Creating tests, building your question bank and reviewing results don't use your allowance.
Do you offer discounts?
Annual billing saves around 20%, and we offer special pricing for educational institutions and non-profits. Ask us for a quote.
